The award being presented to Chris McDonald, General Manager, by Joanne Atkin, editor of Mortgage Finance Gazette.

The Society was named ‘Best Regional Building Society’ for the second time in three years at the Mortgage Finance Gazette awards ceremony in London. The title was awarded to the building society which offered the most consistently competitive mortgage rates over the last year.

The Society was also third in the ‘Overall Lender’ category, which includes all of the major national banks and building societies.
